You come to the studio and we go through everything you need to get started right away.

This includes:

  • Advice + training session (approx. 45 min)

  • Review of your goals, obstacles & everyday life

  • Test session to see level, technique & confidence

  • You will receive a personal plan for days 2 and 3.

DAY 2 - TEST THE TRAINING PROGRAM

  • You test the workout you received on day 1

  • Adapted to your level, time and equipment

  • Focusing on the technique you and Robin went through

DAY 3 – DIET + DAILY HACKS

  • Simple dietary strategies that work on stressful days

  • Quick recipes without hassle

  • Little everyday tricks that will make you last longer.

After three days:
