Our processing is based on the following legal grounds under GDPR:

• Article 6(1)(b) – pre-contractual measures (contact by form)

• Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest (customer service, improving services)

• Article 6(1)(a) – consent (cookies and marketing data from Meta Pixel)

As the website does not collect sensitive health data, Article 9 consent is not required.

We never sell your personal information.

We only share it with service providers that are necessary for our operations, such as:

• Wix.com – web platform

• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd – via Meta Pixel

• Cookiebot – consent management

• Email service provider (e.g. Gmail, Outlook)

• Any administrators of booking systems (e.g. Calendly)

All actors comply with GDPR and process data only according to our instructions.

Authorities may have access to information if we are required to disclose it by law.

Some of our service providers may be located outside the EU/EEA (e.g. Meta, Wix). In the event of such transfer, we ensure safeguards in accordance with GDPR, such as:

• European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)

• Suppliers with documented security procedures

We take all reasonable steps to protect your data in accordance with EU law.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose, as set out in the table above. When the data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
