Welcome to RS Training. By using this website and registering for our three-day starter program, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.
1. General
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between you as a user and RS Training (“we”, “us”, “our website”).
By filling out forms, submitting your information, or booking a training session, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Purpose of the service
RS Training offers a three-day starter program that includes:
Day 1: Free personal training session on site.
Days 2–3: Individual implementation of exercises and instructions that the trainer has gone through during day 1.
The purpose of the landing page is to collect contact information from interested participants and facilitate booking of passes.
3. Age limit
The service is only intended for people 30 years of age or older.
By booking a pass, you certify that you meet this age limit.
4. Collection of personal data
When registering, we collect the following information:

The handling of personal data is regulated in our separate Privacy Policy, which you can find via a link on our website.
5. Booking, cancellation and rebooking
5.1 No-show policy (applies to day 1)
If you miss your free booked session without canceling in advance, you will lose the opportunity to book again. This is to ensure that the times are used by people who really intend to show up.
5.2 Cancellation and rebooking

Cancellation or rebooking must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time.

If cancellation is made later than 24 hours, it is considered a no-show.
Since day 1 is free, you will not be charged for late cancellations, but you will not be allowed to book a new appointment.
6. Physical activity and responsibility
By participating in training sessions at RS Training, you confirm the following:

You exercise at your own risk.

You are responsible for ensuring that your health allows physical activity.

You should inform the trainer of any relevant medical conditions, injuries or limitations before the session begins.

RS Training is not responsible for injuries that occur as a result of incorrect technique, overexertion, or undisclosed medical conditions.
We recommend that you consult a doctor if you are unsure about your health.
7. Rules of conduct
To create a safe and professional training environment for everyone, the following applies:

Show respect for coaches and other participants.

Follow instructions from your trainer during the workout.

Arrive on time for booked sessions.

Wear appropriate workout clothes and shoes.
Violation of these rules may result in cancellation of future opportunities to participate.
8. Intellectual property rights
All content on the website, including texts, graphics, logos and uploaded material, is protected by copyright and may not be copied, published or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
RS Training is not responsible for:

indirect or incidental damages,

economic losses,

technical problems or disruptions to the website.
We strive for accurate information, but do not guarantee that all material is always completely error-free or up-to-date.
10. Changes to the terms and conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. The latest version will always be published on the website.
